Follow the steps below to permanently delete your account and associated data from any of our apps.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account will remove all your data including your profile, history, and any stored content. Make sure to export any data you'd like to keep before proceeding.
Delete your account and all property data
Launch the app on your iOS or Android device and make sure you are signed in to the account you wish to delete.
Tap the profile icon or hamburger menu in the top corner of the screen, then tap Settings.
Scroll down and tap Account in the settings list.
Scroll to the bottom of the Account screen and tap Delete Account. You will be shown a summary of all data that will be permanently removed.
Type DELETE in the confirmation field and tap Confirm Delete. Your account and all associated property, tenant, payment, and maintenance data will be immediately and permanently removed.
Delete your account and all financial data
Launch the app and ensure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.
Tap the gear icon in the top right corner of the home screen.
Scroll to find Account & Privacy in the settings menu and tap it.
At the bottom of the Account & Privacy screen, tap Delete My Account.
Review the list of data that will be deleted, then tap Yes, Delete Everything. All budgets, transactions, savings goals, and account data will be permanently removed.
Delete your account and all loan tracking data
Launch the app and confirm you are signed in to the account you wish to delete.
Tap the Settings tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap Account at the top of the Settings screen.
Scroll to the bottom of the Account screen and tap Delete Account.
Enter your account password or use Face ID/Touch ID to confirm your identity, then tap Permanently Delete. All loans, payment history, and account data will be immediately removed.
